Enhance Keywords Menu

The ability to choose a font size in the keywords menu display would greatly enhance its usefulness for displaying (what would look like) nested menus with section headings, and individual slides within.  Even just two size options would go a long way towards achieving this effect.

Ideally the keywords menu would eventually allow for properly nested and expandable menus.

Remove slide number from Keywords menu display

In the latest release of Course Presentation, the slide numer appears over Keyword in the side menu display.  Can this be reverted to work like previoius version where slide number did not appear.

An ideal solution would involve an option to include or exclude slide numbers
