Course presentation summary slide - when using summary content type

Looking for some advice on correct use.

I have produced lots of Course presentations with interaction elements and a summary slide at the end.  These are also graded with a passing grade. The topic is completed when the pass grade is achieved.

All seem to work ok until I use a Summary content type.

When the learner returns to the topic later, the summary page refreshes and drops the passing score from the summary slide (For example, was 5/5 now 1/5) which inturn uncompletes the topic as the grade is not met. When you look at the Summary content type page is still reads 5/5. Can fix by retrying and doing again.  I can hide the summary slide but that does not help the grade and the retry button disappears.

I think the summary content type is really usefull, but it is becoming a pain to the learner when the scores/grades drop.  Only seems to happen when I use the Summary content type.

Any advice on correct useage/settings would be appreciated.
