Quiz (Question Set)

I want to make the Content Type "H5P.ImageMultipleHotspotQuestion-1.0" work within a QuestionSet-1.13 as all the other QuestionSet-Enabled Content Types. So I nowhere found any information about what xAPI-Functionality has to be implemented or which other requirements have to be met to accomplish this. 

Can someone give me a link to the documentation or give me a little todo-List? I would love to contribute the newly QuestionSet-Enabled ImageHotspot Library to the community of Questionset users but at the moment I just don't know how.

We are trying to avoid the double  navigation of Opigno and H5P that some times happens, and we would like to share our ideas  and we will be interested by the feedback of the community. If we reach this goal and some users could be interested by the solution, we will share the strategy and code to the community.

User story:

I am currently looking to set up a quiz that has the option to download a pdf certificate at the end. I was wondering if there was a way to include a link within the feedback given when the quiz is completed? Or if there are any alternative ways to approach this problem? I am looking to embed the H5P content in my website. Thanks.
