Textboxes with inconsistent padding in Course Presentation

Textboxes where you have 0 opacity get no padding. If you add opasity the textbox gets a padding. The padding should be there all the time. Now lineshifts and textboxes will change if you decide to add opacity. Also any alignments with other elements will get destroyed. The same problem occurs going the other way round.

We might co-fund a fix here.

Would you please fix?

The biggest problem doing this is that it will affect all existing content. How do you think that should be solved?
