Some content types not accessible in Moodle 3.9.11

Some content types, even though available and working in the content bank, gives the following error when trying to access from the content bank:

invalid-library-json-file : Could not find library.json file with valid json format for library filesaver-1.0

I'm fed up with telling people on this forum that issues concerning the use of H5P on a Moodle platform should be posted to the relevant Moodle foruml here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=8603

Could this forum have some sort of automatized reply system to do that? Thanks.

Why shouldn't Moodle related issues be posted here?

On the one hand, there's the H5P plugin for moodle which was created by H5P Group. This forum seems to be the right place.

On the other hand, even if Moodle's custom H5P integration in Moodle core is used - likely here due to the reference to the content bank - who could tell right away whether it is an issue with Moodle's code, with H5P core or one of the content types?

You may be right. Anyway, since the OP is mentioning the Moodle Content Bank I thought it would be advisable for them to post to the Moodle H5P forum. If they decide to do so, I am ready to try and help them in that forum, where communication is far easier than on the H5p forum here.

The Moodle forum has better functionality. No doubt about that. H5P Group is in the process of hiring a community manager, guess her/his job will be to improve those things, too.
