There are updates available for the H5P content types you've installed on your Moodle site.
Head over to the page linked to below for further instructions.

http://itismystyle.com/iedu-portal/mod/hvp/library_list.php
When i do click on the link then it gives me this error.
The system was unable to install the Interactive Video component from the package, it requires a newer version of the H5P plugin. This site is currently running version 1.7, whereas the required version is 1.9 or higher. You should consider upgrading and then try again.
When i check on the website what is the latest version, then it shows that im the latest version.

Thanks for your feedback.Then
Thanks for your feedback.
Then there must be a problem with my current version because it doesn't give me option to upgrade. Subsequently when i want to install the 1.9 version then it says that you already have this plugin installed. So i cant upgrade to this version. What is the best way to overcome this without disturbing my current setup.

Sorry, but I am not an expert
Sorry, but I am not an expert for moodle. I had a similar issue with Drupal lately, but in my case, I was able to update the plugin as soon as I had found the latest version.
Maybe there's someone else here that could help you out?
