HP5 Timeline Display

Hi there,

I have installed the HP5 plugin (1.7.2) on my WP (4.5.4) and I was testing with the timeline feature.  I am able to create content without issue but when I attempt to view the content, I get a blank screen.

I have altered the chosen theme but this does not resolve anything.  I created a sample content on this site, verified it worked here and downloaded it.  When I uploaded to the WP instance, the content will NOT play.

I have tested with Interactive video, accordion and all is fine.  This is happening on Chrome 52.0.x &  FF48.0.x

Any thoughts?

The timeline works fine here. Can you open your "inspector" in chrome (press F12) and see if there are any messages/errors inside the console when you open your page ?

Is that pointing to a missing library?

Hi Liam,

It seems like there's a file missing for some reason. Could you check on the file system that wp-content/uploads/h5p/libraries/H5P.Timeline-1.1/library.json is indeed missing?

If the file is there then the problem is with your web server configuration. It's probably denying access to the file for some reason.

If the file is indeed missing then something must have gone wrong during install. If that is the case you should try uploading the .h5p available at here, to your H5P Libraries page. And after the upload check your web server's log for any error messages related to the recent upload.
