I activated the plugin

I receive this message:
Not able to upload the given file.
Unable to upload file. Is the file larger than the allowed file transfer size of the server?
so I'm making changes in my php.ini (upload_max_filesize and post_max_size)
but I always get this message

Permission problem
Maybe your server isn't allowed to create the necessary folders? Where the folders should be placed are listed here:

Any progress?
It's a bit hard to help you with server specific issues. Are you making any progress here? Does other file uploads work on your Joomla site?

It si not work in my joomla site
Hello
No file works.
until now I can not upload file h5p.
I increased upload_max_filesize and post_max_size
I have a file upload_tmp_dir = D:\xampp\tmp (with permissions)
I created a folder in nameofsite/media/h5p (with permissions)
but it does not work.
I think it's a small detail that blocks but I can not find.
when I upload and I click on confirm, I can see the percentages by download but after I receive the same message:
I receive this message "Not ble to upload Given the file.
Unable to upload file. Is the file larger than the allowed size of the file transfer server?

Joomla / server problem
If you're unable to add attachments or images to your regular articles in Joomla this is a Joomla/server problem. I don't think we'll be able to help you with that. Maybe you could try the Joomla support forums, they respond very quicly
