Offline use on mobile device (iPad/Android)?

Hi,

I'm looking to develop some courses for my daughter (yes, only for her!). H5P seems to have all the capabilities that I'm looking for, but I haven't been able to figure out if the course content could run on a mobile device (iPad mainly) when it's offline, or whether internet connection is always required. If not, does anyone have any suggestion about a tool that would be capable of that?

Have you tried storing the page locally using the Add to Reading List button available on the iPad? That might work. H5P is intended for the web, but it should be possible to make it work locally, but I'm not sure how much of a hassle it that would be.

I know some people uses H5P for some sort of kiosks that doesn't have an internet connection, however, they run a local web server to host it.

I hope you'll share your findings.
