Content Types not showing in Moodle Content Bank
I am running Moodle version 4.2.2 with H5P plugin "H5P framework v1.24 (h5plib_v124)". The primary issue is that, as I understand it, in order for me to create something such as a course presentation or interactive video that I can download, it has to be created from within moodle's content bank rather than from within the course activity. However, when I go to the content bank, it only gives me limited options to choose from so I am unable to create course presentations or interactive videos from the content bank for instance. Under site administration I can only see the same content types under "manage H5P content types". The scheduled task to download content types is enabled. The original installation last year seems to have been otherwise successful. I can utilize all content types if I create an H5P activity from within the course, but they of course do not show up in the content bank. I've been searching for some time but I haven't been able to determine a solution for getting all content types to show in that content bank pick list.

Hi!
Since your problem is with moodle's custom H5P integration and not with H5P Group's H5P plugin for moodle, I suggest you head over to https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=8603 and ask there.
Apart from that: Have you tried triggering the cronjob that fetches content type libraries manually? Site administration > Server > Scheduled tasks > Download available H5P content types from h5p.org (see prerequisites at https://docs.moodle.org/405/en/Scheduled_tasks#Running_individual_tasks) and then checked for errors?
