Service Unavailable (503) Unable to interpret response. Please check your error log.

Hi good day,

I am having issue with True/False, Drag & Drop, Interactive video, and course presentation. Whenever I try to add them, I get this error message:

Service Unavailable (503)

Unable to interpret response.

Please check your error log.

 

Whereas other contents are working fine. Please kindly help. I am using Moodle 4.0.1 version

Hi,

This usually happens if server traffic is high for H5P.org. A workaround is to download the sample contents and upload them in Moodle. By doing so it will install the libraries needed to use those content types.

" whenever I tried to install any content including everything from h5p content plugin.

Can you please let me know how to solve it. I really need to solve it quick as I have only one day means only today to solve this problem.

You may want to follow https://snordian.de/2024/02/17/how-can-i-craft-an-effective-bug-report-for-h5p-components/ in order to create a meaningful report. In particular you should check your server's (PHP) error log as the message that you received told you - that's where relevant information is that can help to track down the issue. Or check what error code 503 means and what might cause your server to report it.
