Button changes for different users

Hope this is in the right place. We're experiencing something strange with the Submit button on activities like Drag and Drop. For some users the button wording reads "Check" and for others it reads "Submit". Not sure why this would happen. Any advice?

This depends on the context where the content is used. If the platform supports reporting (and the user is logged into the platform), the button should read "submit", otherwise "check".
