That will happen if your platform does not provide the versions of content types that Question Set requires.
Potential causes are uploading a library only without dependencies, restoring a Moodle course without also providing the H5P libraries and probably more.
This should be fixed by updating all H5P libraries/uploading the demo content of Question Set from this site, maybe also the demo contents for missing types.

Thanks for your answer
Actually i'm not using any other platform as I tried to create the content directly on H5p.org in the content section on my account.
I also foud the same problem in the game map content, I'm also not able to choose a type of question in the drop-down menu. Seems to be more of a global issue with the library of contents available in those menus...

Hi Fred-Dreyer,
H5P.org is not meant to host real contents. It is meant to test new udpates for content types. Check the getting started page for information on how you can use all the content types and use H5P for real, or you can sign up for a free trial in H5P.com.

Aah, good catch! Had not thought of h5p.org.
Maybe it was better to change the testing procedure: Allow to test more content types, but delete the contents that have been created on h5p.org after an hour or so. Might help with other issues, too.
