No puedo abrir h5p

Estimados.

Junto con saludar, necesito ayuda con un archivo h5p, que lo trabajé en LUMI y ahora no me abre, me aparece un error, también lo intené abrir en moodle y nada. Adjunto el archivo. https://ibeduca.com/varios/Interactive%20ABProblemas.h5p

Hi,

What error are you getting? Also if you created the content in Lumi I would suggest that you reach out to them directly. You can get their contact information on their site.

Solo me aparece que no puede cargar el archivo, tampoco se puede importar a moodle. Saludos!

I'd suggest that you reach out to LUMI support since you created the content using their software.

Buenas tardes, a través de mi cuenta e***@gmail.com hice un material sobre historia y literatura. Hoy que abrí mi cuenta me llevé la sorpresa de que mi material ya no esta, siendo que aún me faltaban 10 días para acabar la prueba gratuita. ¿Podrian ayudarme a recuperar mi material? No se me hace justo que ya no haya nada cuando mi prueba gratuita aún no finaliza.

Hi Ricardo,

Can you please check your trash/papelera folder? You should be able to retrieve contents that have been deleted. If the contents are not there please reach out to the Customer Success team by sending an email to [email protected].
