Game map not showing after saving

Forums:
Building a game map, 9 stages with text, MC and video
All seems fine before I save, after I've saved the element I get a complete blank screen.
Is there something in the edit mode I need to change?
Chrome, same result in Edge. Other elements show just fine.
Summary:
game map doesn't show

Hi!
It's not possible to pin-point the issue (which most likely is not GameMap by the way, but the underlying H5P core or platform) with that piece of information, unfortunately. Please find this document about how to create an effective bug report.

Found out what it was
One stage in the game-map wasn't filled with content; after adding content all showed as it should.

Hi!
Could you please leave some more information?
The editor of GameMap should inform you about missing stage content when you click on "Done", so it should not be possible to not set a stage. Please see first attached screenshot.
Even if you hit your H5P integration's "Save" button directly, thus bypassing the check that I just described, GameMap would filter out those invalid stages and simply not display them. In extreme cases where there's no valid stage set at all, the content type would inform you about this. Please see second attached screenshot.
I can only assume that some subcontent that GameMap is using crashes if it's not completely filled, so getting some more insight would be nice.
Best,
Oliver

Game-map not showing
Hi Oliver, sure:
I already filled in the type; video
But I didn't get the second warning or anything of the rest of the game-map (8 stags filled), just a blank screen.
sorry, that's all I remember.

That's all I needed. Thanks

H5P.Video does not properly validate the settings and does not complain if you forget to add a video. You can always save it. That's what made GameMap trip, but I added an extra check for H5P.Video in the latest version of GameMap now.
