Wordpress integration - deprecated api version

Hi community,
when testing my h5p sets (integrated on my wordpress page) in pagespeedinsights I get:

- deprecated API Version and

- a browser error

From a user perspective the integration seems to work just fine!

The problem happens with all question types I use - also on other pages.

Plugin & wordpress is up to date. Anyone else having the same problem or a solution?

Thank you!!!

h5p Version: 1.15.8

wordpress: 6.5.5 (divi builder plugin)

Hi!

What makes you think that this is related to H5P?

Best,

Oliver

Hi Oliver,

the error disappears as soon as I delete the shortcode & it only appears on (all) pages with h5p elements. So I believe I narrowed it down to h5p...

I was asking, because the screenshot that you shared shows for ...

  • outdated API: some deprecation issue with jQuery 3.7.1. H5P in fact still also uses jQuery, but the path that's shown in the report doesn't match. If you take the time to check the path that's also listed in the report, you will find that the path to jQuery is `https://www.shipaholics.at/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1` and that belongs to WordPress.
  • browser error: some problem with a `magnificPopup` function that belongs to the WordPress plugin `addons-for-divi` as stated in that report.

So, it's rather not H5P, but potentially only something that using H5P triggers.

Best,
Oliver

Hi Otacke,
I appreciate your efforts! Atm I´m looking into that and also contacted divi support - I suppose you are right & I will need to track down the conflicting plugin other than h5p. Thank you!!!
