Disable the Check Button for Fill in the Blank Question

Hi there,

For the audio and fill in the blank questions, there is a "check" button below the question. Learner is able to click the button even without typing anything there. Is it possible to disable the "check" button unless people answered the questions?

Hi Eureka24,

Placing a check on "Automatically check answers after input" in the Behavioural settings removes the check button. Additionally, keeping the option "Require all fields to be answered before the solution can be viewed" forces users to answer everything before they can click on show solution.

Thanks millions for your kind help. I have checked the Behavioural settings and do not see the options of "Automatically check answers after input" and "Require all fields to be answered before the solution can be viewed" but simply "Show solution on check". Please advise. Thanks again :)

Hi Eureka24,

I apologize I did not look at your first screenshot. You are using Dictation instead of Fill in The Blanks. You cannot disable the Check button in Dictation but you can uncheck both the "Show solution on check" and "Enable "Show solution" button" so that users can't cheat by showing the solution.
