bug interactive book [resolved]

Bugs in content types

My interactive books no longer load correctly on the H5P online editor or logiquiz 1.00.11 (with the H5P activities updated), all activities have disappeared. However, I can open the H5P exports on an old version of logiquiz with the H5P activities not updated. What's going on please?

Hi vinceGBX,

We are not affiliated nor have used logiquiz. Looking at their site they are using a customized version of H5P. I suggest that you reach out to them for assistance.

Hi, I first tried without success at https://h5p.org/node/add/h5p-content. In the university where I work we encounter the same problem on our moodle 4.0 platform.

Hi vinceGBX,

Where did you create the content? The filename does not follow the pattern of naming in H5P.org nor H5P.com.

This is a case of the rogue Column version that was found recently, see Column version 1.16.6 inside the content that was never officially released.

It's even worse here though, because not only dependencies to CoursePresentation and to Interactive Videos are off, but other content types, too. Whoever tampers with the dependencies in the H5P files and spreads those modified files should stop immediately!

Hello, if I understand correctly, my problem comes from an incompatibility of version 1.16.6 ide Column? We have been experiencing this problem for a long time with interactive book published on moodle. What is the solution ? Should we wait for a new version of column? Thank you in advance for your help.

This is some form of an incompatibility, yes. But it is nothing that H5P Group caused (except by omission). Column 1.16.6 is NOT an official version of Column. It's a version that someone else spread and people felt confident to simply use it by uploading that "infected" content (and share it further).

H5P Group has already released version 1.16.7 to overrule the rogue version as you can read in my post. Installing that will set the library dependencies straight. It cannot, however, fix existing content that has been edited and saved in the meantime. That would require individual fixes on the platform (also see my post).

Thank you very much, I removed the libraries from version 1.6 of colum and it works again with version 1.5!
