Adding Hotspots in interactive video - possible? Link in description

Hi.

In my online course i want interactive videos, where my pupils should watch the video and find the "danger zones" in it. 
An example of how i want my video to be is right down of this sentence.

Im a newbie to h5p, couldnt find something like this in the forum, so... would be great if somebody could give me advise.

There's a hotspot that can be used to navigate to different parts of the video or to a website, but I assume you rather want something like counting the number of hotspots found or number of wrong clicks somewhere else. That's not something that is currently possible.
