Content comparison activity

I am looking for an opportunity to first introduce the student to different materials/products and their properties. Here, for example, "Interactive book" could be used.

Next, I wanted to give the student the opportunity to compare the materials/products so that they can choose the most advantageous. A bit like in a webshop, where you can click off several products and see them facing each other. Are there any good ideas for which activity can support this?

Hi!

You could try Information Wall (https://h5p.org/content-types/information-wall). It allows you to create a list of items that each have different properties and values. And users can then filter the items in order to only look at a certain subset.

In your terms, you'd for instance have products (items) with different features (properties) and ratings/... (values).

Visually it's a little different to what one is used to - the content type was not meant explicitly to be used to compare things - but maybe it works for you.

Thanks for your suggestion. I want to try it, but unfortunately think that my amount of products is too large for it to give the overview I want. It would be great if the user could choose to display, for example, 2-3 of the panels.

As I said, what you're trying to do is not what information wall was built for. If it should be amended, then it should be made clear what the use case was and why the changes would benefit a large number of users. It's often not a good idea to add more and more features that hardly anyone uses ...
