Cornell notes, error message.
Hey everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently facing an issue on [h5p] where I'm unable to save my Cornell notes . Every time I try, I receive a message saying that The platform either does not support the save content state feature or it is not activated in the platform's settings or you are not logged in. Your notes cannot be saved!.
I've double-checked the settings, refreshed the page, and made sure I'm logged in, but the problem persists. I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced a similar issue or if there's a workaround I might be missing.
If anyone has any insights or suggestions on how I might resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer!
Best regards,

Hi Ismail,Resolution would
Hi Ismail,
Resolution would depend on the platform that you are using. If you are using the H5P plugin for Moodle, Wordpress or Drupal you need to enable "save content state" in the H5P settings. If you have an H5P.com license you need to enable the Content resume feature. Please note that content resume is only available if Drill-down Reports is included in your license. I do not have account specific information so there is no way I can check this for you. You can reach out to the Customer Success team for more details by sending an email to [email protected]. If you are testing the content in H5P.org you will not be able to save the notes since "save content state" is not enabled in this site.
If you are using a different platform or have a license/subscription from a different provider please reach out to them for assistance.
