Moodle 4 - Hub Registration Error

Hi there,

We are running a new Windows Server, with Moodle 4.0.2 running on IIS. We have the H5P plugins installed and we are trying to get our Moodle registered with the H5P Hub. After competing the registration form we are getting the following message:

An error occurredSite is missing a unique site uuid and was unable to set a new one. The H5P Content Hub is disabled until this problem can be resolved. Please make sure the H5P Hub is enabled in the H5P settings and try again later.


After some research we have found UUIDs can be generated using: https://api.h5p.org/v1/sites

However we cannot find where to enter this ID? Is it in the Moodle Database (if so where?), in the Plugin Config or a configuration file somewhere else?

Or do we have another issue entirely? Any ideas? All checks on the server and Moodle show everything is healthy and compliant, and debugging mode is no help.

All you need to do is uncheck the option "Use H5P-hub. mod_hvp | hub_is_enabled" in the H5P settings in Moodle (.../admin/settings.php?section=modsettinghvp)

Maybe you will need to clear the server cash, but that should do it.
