Video format not supported appears to some users

I use in my wordpress site the h5p plugin for interactive content, where I only use the interactive video feature for about two years.

For about two months I have been using vimeo pro and a private video hosting to upload the video sources. Due to the amount of videos that I manage on my platform it was not possible to continue with vimeo pro only.

Since I made the change, some users get the warning "video format not supported" in some videos, and it is solved spontaneously after some time. when entering from the administrator panel the videos work normally. This happens only with some users, and not with all of them at the same time. i.e., one of my users can be watching video x with the problem, and another user can be watching video x at the same time without any problem.

this has happened in all browsers: (chrome, safari, firefox) and it has happened in all devices (cell phone, tablet, computer).

I need help to solve this problem.

video format not supported

at this moment i am using wordpress version 6.1.1, the plugin version of h5p is 1.15.6

All my Interactive content displays the message "moodle - Video format not supported."

I use Moodle 3.9 with H5P with Vimeo Video.

It worked perfectly in the last year and yesterday all of the videos displayed this message I did'nt change anything on vimeo.com

Any ideas?

Hi All,

Would you mind checking with Vimeo if they made changes to the URL/Video link that you are using. There were no updates to Interactive Video in past few days so I doubt that this is being caused by the content type.

Update: This post provides more details from Vimeo: https://h5p.org/comment/48685#comment-48685
