Hi kbaskar,Outside of you
Hi kbaskar,
Outside of you using Moodle and it seems like you are uploading an H5P content or library there is not much to go around. You could provide some more information and maybe someone from the community have an idea how to resolve the issue:
If it worked before:
The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

We are facing this library issues, please let us the root cause
Dear kbaskar,
don't you think it's a bit rude to just post a few screenshots here in the forum without adding a more detailed description of the problem and then expect us to understand your problem?
It would have been nice if you had described your problem a bit more precisely, including the information that BV52 has already described in more detail. Just remember, this is not the free service center of whomever, but there are volunteers here trying to help to the best of their knowledge.
With kind regards
villon

Hi all!The information one
Hi all!
The information one can gather from the images suggests that some files are either missing or got corrupted. Without any further hints, I don't think it's easy to pinpoint the cause. I can only guess that the site may have been upgraded to moodle 4.0 or you migrated from the H5P plugin to the moodle core version?
Unfortunately, I have no further insight into what moodle does exactly and how moodle's custom integration handles things, if the latter is directly involved or may be collateral damage "only". I didn't do any statistics, but I frequently read about some missing files (after upgrades) and if I recall correctly, that H5P integration that was used was always moodle's custom integration. It's possible that it has a bug somewhere. In that case, I fear that the moodle HQ needs to help, because the H5P core team did not play any part in creating moodle's custom H5P integration.
Still, I may be completely wrong, so I hope we'll get some more information.
Best,
Oliver
