Full Screen Bug for Interactive Videos

Hi, 

When trying to open an interactive video in full-screen the size doesn't change. Everything becomes white and the video just moves up (check screenshot of a full-screen video below).

We're using H5P for moodle, desktop version, accessed through Chrome.

Hi Ana,

Firstly when reporting an issue please make sure that you provide as much information as this forum requires. This will help the community to provide a solution (if there already is).

As for your report your screenshot shows that Interactive Video is inside Interactive Book. IB is designed so that you can combine multiple contents in a "chapter" which is the reason why when clicking the full screen it does expand Interactive Video but instead it expands Interactive Book. However I have reported this issue a little over a year ago, https://h5ptechnology.atlassian.net/browse/HFP-3175. Hopefully the dev team decides to make changes to the design if a chapter only has one content in it.
