I suspect that your php.ini has been updated/reset to default. Changing its setting should resolve the issue.

downgraded teh php and now we can access it....
still need a solution as we need to upgrade the php; however, once we do it locks out all of the features with h5p....

Memory was edited
We did edit the memory to be 128M and it still didn't fix the issue.

Was wondering if the PHP 7.4 Upgrade issue is resovled?
We need to upgrade our PHP and the solution to downgrade was only temporary. I need to find a solution, or find out if you have corrected the conflict with the newest version of PHP? Thanks
