Can't open H5P activity in moodle mobile App

Hello, we had two moodle site and two moodle app with below condition:
1. Using moodle 3.10 for moodle site A and 3.11 for moodle site B
2. Moodle site A using custom moodle mobile apps, and Moodle site B using branded moodle Apps (official moodle mobile app)
3. already enable web services on moodle site
4. already allow frame embedding on moodle site
5. already add "header always setifempty X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN". in our "httpd.conf file
and the issue is the H5P can't show on mobile app (please find attached file) either a custom mobile app (we made it ourselves) or a branded Moodle Apps, kindly please advise regarding this
