Can't add 360 images to Virtual Tour

Hi! I'm trying to add 360 images to the feature "Virtual 360 tour" but can't. When at 100% it says that it failed to upload and that the file might be too big. But I haven't put a limit that I know of when it comes to file size? Also, the 360 images are taken with Google Street View on my Huawei P20. If there error lies there, can you recommend any other 360 camera application?

The best method of downloading 360 snaps from Google Street View is described here: https://docs.gothru.co/how-to-download-panoramas-from-google/. A standard equirectangular 360 image always has the horizontal pixel size twice the vertical pixel size, e.g. 1800×900. Otherwise it may not be recognized as 360. You may also have an upload file size limit in the CMS itself.
