Can't log in to my account; reset password; all my content is missing; slides still work on website

Couldn't log in to my account. Reset password; logged in to empty acount, which remembers i have been a member since 2016, but does not recollect my files.

HI BV 52,

my other account is been blocked and it didn't matter how many I reset my password, I still could not log in and showed me the following message

Sorry, there have been more than 5 failed login attempts for this account. It is temporarily blocked. Try again later or request a new password.

 

 I work at a University and all my contents are on there!! Can you help?

We have been creating a lot of content on H5P but suddenly we couldn't log in since yesterday. 

We tried contacting H5P through various emails but did not receive any response. 

We are in urgent need to access our materials. Is there anyone who can help us?

I assume that you are using H5P.com if this is the case I would suggest that you send an email to the customer success department at [email protected].
