Error in Interactive Video on moodle site

Hello 

I am facing error while adding content on moodle site. I am running moodle 3.9 version. While adding the Interactive Video I am getting error message Loading, please wait...

Hi deepak0311,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. Moodle 3.9
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors

If it worked before.

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thanks for your response. 
Here is the informaton thant you need.
1. Steps to reproduce:
   - Go to course view page from admin
  -  Turn editing on 
  -  Add and activity or Resource
  -  Select Interative content
  - From editor select Interative  video. 
  - Then there is message Loading please wait..
2. Platform and version number. Moodle 3.9
3. Both Mobile and Desktop 
4. Browser:  I checked on Chrome, Firefox
5. Plugin Version 1.22.3
6. H5P content type :Intrative Video
7. Console error: 
    Yes lots of error in console see attached
8. No PHP error
