Image Hotspot Resizing Issue

Hi there,

 

A client is having an issue where one of the image hotspots is not behaving like all the others despite the settings being exactly the same. 

The 1st hotspot screenshot is correct, the 2nd hot spot screenshot: the hotspot doesn't fit the page nicely.

 

The settings for ALL of the hotspots are exactly the same, I have provided screenshots for them too.

 

Please advise.

Hi JC Pluto,

There is an old bug report that was filed and fixed more or 4 years ago so in theory this should not happen. I tried reproducing the issue but I am unable to would it be possible to provide a sample content that have issue?

Hi JC Pluto,

Thank you for the sample content. It is behaving correctly on my end. I uploaded the content here. AFAIK the pop-ups were designed so that there is a scroll bar if the pop up will not fit. Are you not getting the scroll bar?

Thanks for the quick reply, It's specifically with the Goat prompt. I am not getting the scroll bar for that particular action.

After the second or third time ive glicked on the goat, I can now see the scroll bar - it definitely wasn't there the first time though

Hi JC Pluto,

If you are seeing the issue on my test account it could be a problem with the browser or a plugin within it. If the problem is only on the site that is hosting the content it could be some settings or another plugin that is causing the issue.

I'm sorry I can only provide theories since I can't reproduce the issue on my end.

PS. I deleted the content on my account.
