Can't load Memory Game

Hi,

I'm trying to create a Memory Game in the content bank in a moodle course, but it can't load. The site administrator can create, but me with a teacher profile can't. Is there any permission needed?

 

Moodle version: 3.9.7+ (Build: 20210520)

Hi roseandrade,

Most likely the site admin disabled the Memory Game. You can reach out to the admin/s to re-enable this content type.

Thanks for your help, I"ll check this out. I can create the memory game and just insert the title, not the cards.

Can you please double check. Usually the browser console can be accessed by pressing F12 on the keyboard.

The error displayed is:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'Widget' of undefined at edit.php?contextid=111212&plugin=h5p&id=571:84
