I read many people requesting this feature but no one seem to have implemented this yet. Correct me if I am wrong.
I am thinking of hiring a developer to do this feature. If anyone wants to contribute in terms of money or development, please email me at [email protected] .
Also any hints or ideas about technical aspects which I need to communicate to developer would be highly appreciated.

That feature has not been done by anyone, but there's a proof-of-concept at https://github.com/fnoks/ppt-to-cp-poc and also some commitment by the H5P core team to allow conversion in the future, cmp. https://youtu.be/x7kx0DEtc-k
