Dress-up

Hello,

Is there a tool to create the following scenario:

I have a picture of a room or closet with a bunch of clothes & shoes. I have a model in the room. The model says (through audio or through bubbles) that he would like for you to bring him an item (shirt, shoes, hairbrush, whatever). Your job is to choose the requested item and drag it to the model. Ideally, whatever the item is, you stick it on the model and stays there, as you bring more and more items. 

LMK if I have this tool among the many that I see exist in the H5P plugin for WordPress. From the descriptions that I read, some come close, but not quite there.
