GATHER INFORMATION AT THE BEGINNING OF CUESTIONNAIRE

Hi

I have created a questionnaire with H5P, and I would like to include some questions to gather information (name, surname and email) about the student before completing the questions.

Please, how can I do that? I'm using H5P with Learndash.

Hi Diana,

Will this students be accessing the pages/contents anonymously or they are logging in before they can access the pages? If they are logging in anonymously this is not possible since the H5P plugin needs a logged in user so that you can capture the information. On the other hand if they are logging in you can use Questionnaire. Please note that Questionnaire is only available if you have the "enable LRS dependent content types" checked in the H5P settings.
