Interactive video unable to unzip error
Dear all,
We are facing a problem with a duplicate course. Please find below the different steps:
Environment:
Plateform: Moodle 3.10.1+ on desktop
Chrome browser
H5P 1.21.0
During the first step, we have:
- Create H5P Interactive Video
- Saved in the content bank.
- Create a course with different H5P Interactive Videos (linked to the content bank) using the book activity (Moodle standard).
-> Everything ok
Then, in a second step:
- Duplicate the entire course (the videos in the content bank has been automatically duplicated as well)
- All H5P (linked with URL on the new duplicated files in the content bank) return an “Unable to unzip”.
- Tried to relink and relink with the original content bank: without success
- Tried to create a new activity similar to the original course (Book with linked H5P using URL in the content bank): without success
To know: all videos are still ok in the original course.
We will appreciate any help to solve this problem.

You are mentioning the content bank. That's not a feature of the H5P plugin for moodle, but of moodle's custom H5P integration that was not created by the H5P core team, but by the moodle team. If you're lucky, someone from the H5P community can help you here, but I suppose you'll have better chat at the moodle forums.

We have solved our problem.
The storage limits have been exceeded and have caused this error (and others like cache errors).
This case is closed for us.
