7. Yes it works fine, when I create an interactive book in a new setup. For instance if I create an Interactive book with a video on the first page and after that a course presentation and instead of "find the hotspot" I create a task with multiple choice.

In those cases, #6 of BV's questions is often gold! On Chrome and most other browsers, you can open the development console by pressing F12. Are there really no error messages when you try to open the "next" page?

Thanks! So there were some error messages. Great! Well, not so great, but something to work with.

The yellow one tells you that you should check the path to the pattern image. It should start with https, not http, otherwise the browser will not allow to display it inside the iframe. It could actually be the cause.
The next one is a little more troublesome, although one would have to look what the cause is. Seems a response from the server is not what it is expected to be. Not sure if it is related, but it might, and if the error is not caught, it might have an effect on code down the road.
Without being able to interact with that output, it's hard to tell what's going on exactly, but it might be that the Find the Hotspot content is trying to determine the width of the background image (is that the one that should be loaded and cannot be?) but can't and then crashes - shouldn't happen of course.

You could try to fix the image path and see whether that solves the issue.

I assume you uploaded the image normally using the H5P editor. In that case, H5P will compose the path to the image by using the file name it gives the file locally (you can see that if you reopen the image in the editor) and concatenates that to the base path that it retrieves from the server, so the server is setting the "http" instead of the "https".

One of the reasons could be that the blog moved to TLS encryption, but the base path was not updated in the general settings of WordPress (WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)). Those should start with https, too. Another reason could be a missing or wrong automatic forwarding from http to https on the server, but that's something that the server's administrator should have a look at. There are too many ways to do this.

Problem in seeing content after editing

Hi,

I've got a problem with seeing my content in interactive book after editing. I've made 5 interactive books so far and everything is fine. But next one - I can't check if exercises works properly after editing. I also made next one and after creating 6 exercises the same problem appeared. I use:

1. Wordpress

2. desktop

3. Chrome,

4. wordpress H5p plugin

5. Content type: Interactive book

6. no errors

7. there is a problem after making some content, not from a begining.

Hi AnetaG,

Would you mind elaborating on "I can't check if exercises works properly after editing". What exactly are you seeing an error message, blank screen or something else? A screenshot would also help. You can also check the browser console for any errors, this usually gives clues to what is causing the issue.
