Hallo ,

I faced the following problem about wordpress. Although I'm an administrator of this programme, I'm not allowed to open the h5p content.

I tried to find an access to it by verifying wordpress prefix and wp_capabilities.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know as soon as possible.

Hi Boris!

Are you sure that's a message sent by H5P? I've never seen it before, and a quick search in the repositories of H5P core and the H5P plugin for WordPress also yields no results. Have you checked if a different plugin is causing this issue?

Hi Boris,

Thank you for adding screenshots of your settings. However there isn't a setting in H5P that can block any user from accessing it. I just want to echo Oliver's comment that this could be a setting in WP or another plugin may be interefering with H5P.

Hi Boris,

Are you using a role editor plugin? Seems to me that that might be the problem.

You must've set the wrong permissions in the role editor plugin.
