How to add captions to anannotated video

Hello,

I am developing an annotated video and need to add captions to it. I have a .vtt file, but I can't find any guidance on how to add the captions to the existing video. Any suggestions?

In the tab for uploading the video there should be an option to upload the VTT files:

Captions in IV
