Error al conectar H5P en Moodle

Hola es un gusto poder saludarlos a todos.

Esperando que se encuentren muy bien, el motivo de escribir en este foro es lo siguiente:

Actualmente tengo instalado Moodle en la versión: 3.9.2 y hasta el momento ha funcionado correctamente, pero me ha interesado la herramienta de H5P la cual encuentro muy interesante.

He seguido los pasos de la documentación oficial para instalarla en Moodle pero me ha ocurrido varios errores los cuales son los siguientes:

  1. En el proceso de la instalación hay error que me indica: Fallo al conectar con la api h5p.org puerto: 443: conección fuera de tiempo.
  2. En el mismo proceso indica: El sitio no se pudo registrar con el hub.
  3. Tambien: El hub H5P se ha desabilitado hasta que el problema se resuelva.

Por lo cual solicito de su apoyo para saber que puedo hacer para corregir estos errores, adjunto una captura de pantalla de estos errores.

I have the exact same error on a shared hoster since end of September:

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.h5p.org port 443: Connection timed out

Couldn't communicate with the H5P Hub. Please try again later.

I havent changed anything regarding the server configuration (shared hostind backend for me is limited of course) and I am discussing the problem for weeks now with the technical support as it worked in July and August without any problems! Installing on free hosters (host*nger, b*ethost e.g.) works flawlessly, but my paid hoster support (hostt*ch - located in Switzerland) argues they cannot establish a connection to api.h5p.org in a standard configured wordpress. It neither works in Moodle for me, so they believe it must be a h5p-sided problem. As I can see, some other people have the exact same problem. 

Could so please help us?

Exactly the same problem in moodle 3.9.

It was operational until December 17th but from then on I have this error.

I cannot connect the hub.
