Using vdocipher videos in H5P

Hello everyone,

I am using VDOCIPHER as my video hosting platform. It provides an embed code or iframe embedder to display my videos on my lms (moodle). However, when i usie the same code to make an interactive video in H5P, it does not work. Please help!

Hi  imad.uddin,

Interactive Video cannot use an iframe embed code it needs access to the video file. Most hosting plaforms provides you with the URL of the video player. What the Interactive Video needs is the "source URL" this usually ends with .mp4 if it is not readily available in the settings you can check with VDOCIPHER on how to retrieve this.
