Hi
I just loaded an interactive video into my moodle site (using 3.9) the course is created as a single subject. I have users that when loading the course have problems in Chrome
When you load the course you can see the video which after a second or two disappears and an error message pops up asking "please close developer tool to see page".
This only happens in Chrome as the same user will be able to see everything properly if using Edge for example in the same computer.
what may be causing this error?
thank you

Hi midres!
This is definitely not a message from H5P. Are you running some other plugins, e.g. some that. might want to prevent cheating?
Best,
Oliver

Thank you Oliver,
After reading your comment I went back and started changing things one at a time, and when I removed this it worked just fine:
first I removed the poster image, when I did it worked fine with some users but others still get the error
the error happens in edge and Chrome
I am not sure where to look
thank you

Hi midres!
As I said: This is not a message from H5P. I can only assume that on your moodle system there's some plugin or customization that's intended to prevent cheating. You or your admin would have to check where the "please close developer tool to see page" message comes from.
Best,
Oliver

Same issue
Hi! I'm getting the same error message and I'm going bananas... please help.
Moodle: 3.10.3
H5P plugin: latest release for 3.1
I've unchecked the plagiarism box and the disable right click... I'm out of choices, can you guide me, please?
I've tried embedding, uploading, using Content Bank... always the same result.
