NEO LMS H5P Use and Reporting

Hi. I'm unsure if this is in the correct place. A school is interested in using NEO LMS. Because it's small (~80 students), the premium that allows for H5P integration is a bit costly.

I was wondering if an author license from H5P.com along with the detailed reporting feature would allow them to post interactive content made on H5P into the NEO HTML editor and allow monitoring of students through the drill reports on H5P.com. Any thoughts on this?
