Grades not showing up

Bugs in content types

Hi, 

A faculty member is using Moodle 3.7 and we have the H5P LTI. Her first quiz went great and and the grades were put into the Gradebook. The second quiz, with somewhat the same settings. Instead of one restriction, she had two, and she chose  "Do not indicate activity completion."

We cannot figure out how to get the grades into the gradebook - We have tried every setting even deleting the restrictions.

Hi Ceit,

Would you mind providing a few additional information:

  1. Content type used?
  2. Is this consistent with everyone that uses the content?

Hi BV- 

The content type is Quiz (Question Set) .  The first quiz she created didn't have this problem, but this one did. This is the first time a faulty has extensively used H5P in this iteration of Moodle (3.7).

Hi Ceit,

Thank you for the additional information. I forgot to mention earlier that the activity completion setting will not affect the sending od the scores into the Gradebook. If everyone that uses the content does generate a score in the Gradebook I suggest that you contact H5P.com directly by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
