Installation Network Problems

Hello, I am experiencing a network problem in installing content types in my H5P wordpress.

The problem shows like this:

Failed to download the requested H5P.

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 622130 out of 3270538 bytes received

I am currently using a server in China where international network connection is not stable.

Therefore, I wonder if there are official content types offered in .h5p format. If there is, I will be able to download it to my computer first and then upload it to my H5P wordpress instead of download it in my server. I have checked the files in Github; however, I am not a programmer and I have no idea how to modify those files to make it a .h5p file.
