Interactive video is not displayed when insert text

Bugs in content types

Hey guys,

first:

  1. When two of my colleagues insert texts into their interactive videos, the interactive contant is no longer displayed. You can see nothing of the interactive content anymore except of the heading. You can edit it - then everything appears. But as soon as you save and exit the edit mode, it is no longer displayed. It works for me. But maybe it's just a matter of time.
  2. Platform: Wordpress Version 5.4.2
  3. Desktop
  4. Browser: Firefox, Edge
  5. H5P plugin version: 1.15.0
  6. H5P content type and version: Interactive Video (latest version)
  7. Any browser console errors - no
  8. Any PHP errors - no
  9. Nothing to see ;-)
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.) - no
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.) - no

Hi Jana,

This is quiet unusual since in your description of the issue you and your colleagues are using the same system. Have you tried opening their content in edit mode and saving it without changing anything, does the text show up?

thanks for your respond.

Yes, we try that ... And we try if it works when I upload the video, but then it isn't working either...
When I upload any video it disappears when adding text ... So I think it has to be with the time when it was uploaded ... From a certain point in time it is no longer possible to watch the videos when adding text ...
Theres no problem with the old ones.

Hi BV,

no, sorry, I don't have a link. But I can show you a screenshot from our Wordpress Dashboard.

You would normally see the content, but as you can see, it does not appear.

Thank you for the screenshot and I'm sorry I misunderstood your description of the issue. Would you mind double checking the browser console (F12) if there are any error messages.

Hi 

I am trying to integrate h5p's emmedy bundle in symfony 3.4. When i installed that bundle and load H5P new page H5P Hub is not listing all content types which we are looking for . Please suggest how we can find these latest all conent types .

Also when i upgraded db for content types from moodle db h5p plugin then facing error " Warning: file_get_contents(h5p/libraries/H5PEditor.Wizard-1.2/Scripts/Wizard.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory " which seems there are missing the libraries files so how i can get it all.

Please help soon.
