audio buttons with Elementor
Hi, first of all congratulations for your work at H5p, its really an amazing plugin.
Ive been using it for years with Elementor, but ive noticed since a couple months the audio buttons i made with 5hp they dont show anymore in my page https://tuespanol.ru/ispanskij-alfavit/
They used to show normal always, and they are still showing when i preview my page with Elementor, but in the real site they are not shown anymore. Im sure im not the only one who has this problem. I contacted with Elementor and they told me to contact you guys, and that they are ready to colaborate to fix this issue.
Thank you for your attention. I attach a link of how it looks in preview mode and how it looks in the real online page.

Hi!If you check your browser
Hi!
If you check your browser console, you will notice some error messages. They indicate that the plugin autooptimize seems to be causing some trouble. It can be used to "optimize" JavaScript, possibly lazy load it, and that seems to conflict with H5P. I guess you should try to limit what autooptimize does.
Best,
Oliver

thanks for your answer Oliver
thanks for your answer Oliver, i tried to deactivate the plugin autooptimize and the plugin for lazy load images, and still the problem persists :(
I actually tried to deactivate the third party plugins to find out which one is causing the trouble... and i cant fix the problem.
ANy ideas? I just spend so many time to do that page and was ranking 1st in google, and all my work will be broken now :(
Thank you for your attention

Hi Josu!
When I check your site, I still see the exact same issue. Sure there's no caching somewhere?

Hi Josu!
My observations:
My first guess holds: Your page is using some kind of optimization tool (not necessarily done by autooptimize though) that messes up the initialization of H5P. If you need H5P to run, you seem to have to tweak or remove those "lazyload" techniques.

Oliver

Hi Josu!
That "Uncaught Reference" message (unfortunately) is normal when saving content, but it doesn't prevent content from loading. There are still several traces of lazy loading in your site. I can only assume that the elementor customization of WordPress is incompatible with running H5P. You might want to move to a "simple" self-managed server and install WordPress there.
Without being able to check your system, I fear I cannot be of further assitance here.
Best,
Oliver

Hi Josu!If it was working
Hi Josu!
If it was working before and you didn't change anything, then you could check up with Elementor what they introduced regarding lazy loading and ask for their assistance. If it's really not one of your changes (e.g. some lazy load plugin) that caused the trouble, then it seems their actions broke your site and you'd have to check what their terms of service / your contract with them says.
I'm sorry, I was not suggesting you giving me access to the server. I am glad to help out here on the forum if I think I can answer in reasonable time, but I cannot go bug hunting on other people's servers in me free time.
Best,
Oliver
