Fill in the Blanks issue

Hello,

I have created about 400 quizzes. Some of my Fill in the Blanks have a bug. They tell my students that all answers are incorrect when in fact they are correct. One made the quiz on her iPad, that's a known issue (how to solve that?) And one on her Samsung phone... Have a look for yourself: https://meestergijs.nl/for-h5p/

Any idea how come?

Sorry I'm a bit confused, you mean the issue is isolated to students using mobile phones?
