Wrong format in interactive video

Hi folks,

I try to run an interactive video which is stored in my dropbox (mp4-format) but I get

the error "unkonwn format". Does anyone know how to fix the problem? I get the same error

when using our server of the university and I thought this was because you need to log in

before you have access to the video but this seems not to be the only reason why it doesn´t work.

the problem is that we can´t store the video on youtube or vimeo because of rights.

Hi ptberger,

If you are using the URL for the video player of the site it will not work. You will need the source URL of the video (usually ends with mp4).

so i have to ask the Admin of our server, because i can just copy the url...
