Trouble Uploading Activity

I recently set up a Drupal server with H5P. I downloaded a few interactions from my H5P.org account and was able to upload it successfully to my H5P server. But when download interactions from this person and try to upload them to my server I receive an error message. Any ideas on why the server accepts some uploads but not this file?
Also, when it errors, H5P refers to an "error log"? where can I find that log?

You can access the browser console by pressing ctrl+shift+J or F12. The error 500 is a bit ambiguous but I've only experienced this personally once right after cleaning out my system and reinstalling everything. I forgot to change the maximum file upload for Drupal so you might want to check this as well.

Thank you, I checked in with my colleague and he said the server php is set up with for 20 MB max which is more that than the 719 KB I was trying to upload. He shared a screen shot from the log he sees (attached).
